Uzma Shamsi is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Practice. She believes timely access to care is vital in early detection, timely treatment, and prevention of avoidable complications. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Nursing. Uzma has more than five years of experience in Family Medicine, and more than 15 years of healthcare experience. She brings immense passion to care for your family as she would want her family to be treated. She believes good healthcare should not be the exception, it should be the norm. Uzma comes from a big, loud family who she loves dearly. She is a busy mom of two kids. She adores her niece and two nephews. Most impressive of all, she can get anything done as long as there is a good cup of coffee fueling her. She can't wait to meet you and join you on your health journey!
